The attitude of optimism which is one of hopefulness and confidence about the future or the successful outcome of something can be very beneficial to us especially during challenging times. Optimism leads to a chain reaction of positive actions, all of which help us navigate the challenging times and this presentation will focus on three aspects of the chain reaction.
